In the last few years there has been a resurgence in the popularity of vinyl records. Its mostly young kids. That's cool
What not cool is that most new records go for $20.00 and up. I even went into and antique shop where they were trying to sell albums for $ 10.00 and up.
In the 1980s records were $5.00 and CDs were $16.00 and I didn't think Id convert but I did.
I never thought Id see the day where CDs were more affordable than records!
I think the music industry is taking advantage of vinyl's resurgence and making new fans pay for it.
Will this backfire and have people buying CDs again?
