So after wprk I took at bikerige to the Post Office planing to mail out a few CD mixes totally forgetting they would be closed for Veterans day. Instead I hope at Andi's fine gifts and took at shot of this as well as some video.

The Building next Store to andis which has a construction company in there made their place looking festive. The Building was a clothing store called Mark,Fore and Strike for decades! Sadly it will be torn down eventually! Its so sad because its an historic building and a nice one too!
 Next up a few shots of the beach where the were many surfers and a few fisherman.

seagull Sunday

today I niticed a couple of Seagulls on my neighbors roof. When I finally got around to grabbing my Camera there we only 2

                             ? OK so what if I crap on this guys roof. so what?"



         I Also took a ride to Bay Point Harbour and there was a lone seagull swimming around

The other day I was telling a friend how I never get sales called or politics asking for your vote calls and stuff of that nature.
Last night I had cousins over for pizza and beer and I get a call from the folks who run the gallop poll. I asked them to call back another time.
You idiot I thought to myself. you jinxed it!

Like the other day coming home from work I notice to there wasn't much traffic. I just  thought don't say it don not say it.
when I turned down my street I just said.Thank you God!

World Dance Beat

Recently I received a few CDs from a fellow youtuber named Carm.
This is one of 3 he sent me.
Its a K- Tell compilation called World Beat Dance. Its sat C P 1993.
Its pretty cool. The names here that I do know are
Ryuichi Sakamoto,Abdel Kabirr & the Soto Koto Band and Yousou N'Dour but the whole CD is full of Funky Groovy dance Beats!
 I remember picking up K-tell records in the 70s and 80s and the sound quality but fair but this CD sounds pretty good!
 2 Thumbs up!

Yes folks its that time oce again and here is this years serving of  Christmas eargasms!
Natural there are world beats,Jazz and lesser know are seldom heard Holiday treats!

what the heck an I doing up this damn late on a school night? you ask
listening to the first copy of My annual Christmas mix. This is it. I like the way it can out.
I did 2 alterations but I with say I like this version. Its a wrap!
 Theres not as much veriety as I thought there could be but last year I packed up all my Christmas CDs and cant remember where I packed em. I only found 9. damn!
I'll find em when I'm looking for something else. Grrrr!
I'll post the track list in the coming days plus more music news!

DJ Trish in the beginning

 This is a photo of the first hig back in the late 90s or early 2000. I saw a sign up sheet for our annual school fair.I asked my Friend Frank who DJed our school dances hey lets DJ Davy Jones day. how about it.. Better yet He replied You DJ it!
Me going solo? Sure you know what to say and you know what to play. He replied
Well the day came. I was excited and nervous at the same time.
Franks wife and mom were there and you said Take good care of Franks stuff with a smile.
 By the end of the day I felt like a rock star. I got the bug. The DJ bug!
Frank retired from DJing in 2015.  I started saving up for my own gear.
In 2009 DJ Trish returned with my own gear. A Numark mix 2 deck and a pair of Tapko thumps still rock parties and events today!
I still remind Frank that he taught me everything I know about DJing. I am forever grateful for him lighting the spark that inspired my desire to became a DJ! He is a great mentor!
