Summer 2012

I was going to wait till Laborday weekend to do this but i'm inspired now Summer 2012 nice although often weird weather wise.I met a few new folks. This summer wentso fast for me even though school let out a few days earlier. I cough some beautiful sunsets on camera and learned how to make a video slide show with movie maker. It was a decent summer musically too!I look forward to a few more DJ gigs in the fall!the shark run or the Duck Derby and perhaps a few at the Longboard Grill! Tyler was saying The Sherman Brothers weren't that busy this summer .Either was I.The Clambake went well though I thought! Tonight was the last Movie and music night of the summer.It went well. This week we Got a visit from the Mullins cousins which is so awesome! Sadly a day or two ago my cellphone died.its not charging anymore.I don't know when ill get a new one! to be continued...

two more weeks left of summer

Oh my gawd 2 more weeks lefts of summer?Ahh!Oh but it ain't over till the fat lady sings.OK I'm not singing but I will be spinning tunes at the final movie night of the summer at the Beach house This Friday at 7pm!Come for great food,music and yes a killer surf movie! My version of what I did this summer will be done On or around Labor day weekend so I'll keep this one short. the big one is coming! Rock on! Trish

I recently heard George Harrison's living in the Material world is on CD and a film on DVD Last night I ordered both at the library website. My friene Mike day at the BHIA quizes me each day on Beatles trivia.He hasn't stumped me yet.Its kind of a cool way to start the day though.The rest are talking about the start of school or the previous days events and here come Mike with Beatles Trivia.Then we get talking about music. When I get to my post I see the sun reflecting on the Ocean.Life is good!

Hi folks The other night I had my first DJ gig of 2012 at the Longboard grill.I look forward to more!I also may be DJing at the annual wooden Boat show in September at the Johnson Brothers Boat yard.I was going to ask Daryl if he wanted some music at the Seafood fest but Ill hold off on that untill I know for sure what I'm doing.I think thay are the same day. I am looking forward to my bigest gig of the year next week.Yes Im talking about the clam bake!

The Sherman Brothers will be there too! Today I got my latest order from oldies.com

Im learning how to make slide shows on Windows movie maker.I also found out I can download stuff on youtube for longer than 10 minutes but I think I need to do it through their download option.Gawd my brain is taxed.discovering a little bit of a film maker in me.no no I wanna stick to music.AHHH! Working on a mix called FTHOI(for the hell of it) I picked up another CD today

Waiting for my order from Oldies.com to arrive Patience girl Patience! So like oh my Gosh it August!Tomorrow is Franks Bday.Oh what to get him.He doesnt want me spending money on him.Hmmm! More later gotta go to bed.its a school nite..uh im mean work night!
