Work on new school Gym in prograss

beautiful gardens

Today I was riding my bike down East Avenue and saw some beautiful gardens. There were even some flowers that looked tlike cotton candy  or lollipops I've never saw before. What are those?
 Bay Head and Mantoloking are truly recovering after sandy and folks are rebuilding!

a few days ago I bought a few more discarded CDs at the library!
this was one of the best of the bunch! Its mellow Brazilian Jazz!
The Title track is my favorite and will be on my next mix!

Music review Bela Fleck!

Last week I bought a dozen discarded CDs from the library. This was one of them. Its Bela's first solo release from 1980s.
I first heard Bela fleck on a compilation CD in the mid 1990s. I liked it.
I used to hate on bluegrass but when the onslaught of gangsta rap and grunge hit in the late 80s and early 90s There were other genres of music I gave a second chance to. Bluegrass was one of them.
  I used to think of bluegrass as music being played by toothless old men in overalls but Bela changed that stereotype for me.
