Studio one Rockers

Last week I bought this Reggae CD Compilation. If you like early Reggae this is great. Studio one is a top producer of Reggae music and is the lable that launch many great artists including Bob Marley!
Many of this songs I know and some are new to my early but trily a great CD!
2 thumbs up!
   While I was listening to this ideas for a new mix wereturning in my head.I'll wait till October on that though!

Diamonds on the water

One day a pro photographer friend of mine suggested that I bring my camera everywhere with me if I can. When I go out on my bike I do!
today in my travels I saw this

the suns reflection was sparkling on the water like Diamonds! It was breathtaking!
  The best time to see the sun sparking like diamonds is early  on the beach.
 I also saw this uplifting positive message today

You don't see signs like this much but when I do it puts a smile on my face! This could lift up the heart and souls of folks feeling down and I hope it has changed at least one person for the better!
most churches have stuff like the end is near. repent!

A wave of peace

I didn't have time to stop at the Deli to get a proper lunch today so I just grabbed a yogurt from the fridge
 after work I went to the local pizzeria for a ham and cheese sub.
 As I was eating  I was staring at the beautiful blue sky. Suddenly I felt this wave of peace.Total calm!
 I took a deep breathe. wow I thought what was that Where Mom and Dad letting me know they were with me?
I often get that feeling while watching a sunset but now I was just staring at the sky from inside the Pizzeria!
 Perhaps it was also a sense of accomplishment,knowing I got all I had set out to get done today;
    With this happy feeling a went to dairy queen and gut a dish of soft vanilla ice cream!

Today I went a little further than my backyard to see a great sunset. All 2 blocks but still fantastic. here are a few shots

There tourists are gone and school is back in session but there are still beautiful warm sunny days to be enjoyed!

it missed us.

a recent hurricane named Hermine was predicted to bring strong winds and coastal flogging to New Jersey.
Thankfully it only brought rough seas

the Beaches were closed to we had to be there to make sure no one went iin.. Most folks were cooperive but some were not and gave a few of the checkers on other beaches a hard time!

This is a photo of me and one of my greatest patrons name Jill. From the look on her face you might think she is living the dream. She has a great supportive and loving husband named Joe and 2 wonderful Daughters. She Also has Cancer!
She does not feel sorry for herself or cry the blues,she Just takes each day and enjoys it and lives it to the fullest.
she is so awesome!

             Summer goes by so fast but these are beautiful scenes   I love and apreciate seeing 5 days a week in the summer. meeting great people and working on the beach.!
 Sure there are days we deal with greanhead flies and    90+ degree days but off deep woods and staying hydrated gets me through it !
